Reunion

You know that high-school reunion everyone talks about? Some are really exited about it and they prepare themselves to get together with their fomer peeps. They think about how they want other people to perceive them and their lives. Sure, it’s not like it used to be before social media, but there’s still something about meeting people face to face. “Will they think I’m fat? Successful? Old?”.

On the other side of the coin there are those who don’t really care about it. They’ll go and have a good time but what people are thinking about them is number 5,234,432 on their list of thing to worry about. This is my group of people. The ones who look good because everyday they get up and work out for their own good not to fit a certain profile or trend. The ones that smile and talk to people because they genuinely care about what others have to say. The ones that care about relations not just networking. The ones who will always have over two words when you ask them: “How are you?”
